Open House January
2003
The last Friday of the
month prior to the new session of classes, there
is always an Open House. This is an opportunity
for students to show people what they have done,
for teachers to introduce the new programs, and
new students to meet, well, everyone. This January
2003 was spectacular with great Sabbat foods from
Bryleena and Norma and some fantastic crafts from
the level 2 students.

These are the Sabbat
foods for the 8 Sacred days in the neo-Pagan
Calendar. Excellent work to the 2 students for
a wonderful and delicious display... these 2
set a trend that is now a tradition at each
Open House. |

|
There was a display
table for info on the school set up by the
teachers and the altar that was set up for
when the level 2 students dedicated their
lovely homemade Books of Shadows. |

 |
The students worked very
hard to show their evolutionary works on their
book binding, God's Eyes and Solar Cross
Wreaths (left) and a presentation on Ethics
(right). |
 |
 |
Cultural crafts like the
Aztec Codex (left) and Energy Work (right) are
two of the aspects of the level 2 program. |
 |
 |
Other crafts like the
Egyptian Cartouche, the African Adinkra,
Celtic Knotwork, and the Sabbat craft of the
Brigid Dolly (all left) are among more
hands-on fun in level 2. Another exciting
class in level 2 is the Animal Lore (like the
Dragon Lore presentation right). |
